Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order after it has shipped.
Custom and Personalized Items
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing a custom or personalized order are eligible for a full refund. After production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
